为更好的弘扬中国文化，推广全球汉语学习，培养更多适应国际化的国际中文教师人才，云南中翰教育信息咨询有限公司与暹罗大学经友好协商，决定联合开展国际中文教师专业能力证书项目的培训及考试。云南中翰教育作为国际中文教师协会授权唯一合作单位，全面负责国际中文教师项目的培训指导和考试服务工作。
